Trivia Blitz is a single-player speed-trivia game built for the gap between things — a coffee break, a queue, the ad break. Each round is exactly ten questions with a per-question timer, so a full game takes a couple of minutes, not twenty.

The twist is the streak multiplier: answering correctly in a row is worth far more than answering correctly slowly. That turns it from a knowledge quiz into a nerve game — do you lock in the safe answer or gamble on speed to keep the streak alive?

Everything is curated and instant. No account, no app install, no waiting room — pick a category and you are playing in one tap.

How to play Trivia Blitz

  1. 1Pick a categoryChoose General Knowledge, Movies & TV, Music, Science & Nature, History, or Video Games — or Mixed for a bit of everything.
  2. 2Set the difficulty (optional)Leave it on Mixed, or lock to Easy, Medium, or Hard if you want a steadier or steeper run.
  3. 3Beat the timerEach question has its own countdown ring. Tap an answer (or press keys 1–4). The faster you answer correctly, the more the question is worth.
  4. 4Keep the streak aliveConsecutive correct answers stack a multiplier. One wrong answer or timeout resets it — that decision is the whole game.
  5. 5Beat your bestAfter ten questions you get a scored results screen with accuracy and best streak. Your top score is saved on the device so you always have a number to beat.

Rules

  • Every round is exactly 10 questions.
  • Each question has its own time limit shown as a countdown ring.
  • Faster correct answers score more points than slow ones.
  • Correct answers in a row build a streak multiplier.
  • A wrong answer or a timeout breaks the streak and scores nothing for that question.
  • Your best score is stored locally on the device, not on a server.

Tips & strategy

If you instantly know it, answer instantly — speed is most of the score.
Protect a long streak: a confident guess that keeps the streak alive often beats freezing until the timer runs out.
Use Mixed difficulty to warm up, then lock to Hard once you know a category.
Don't overthink early questions; bank the streak before the hard ones arrive.

FAQ

Is Trivia Blitz free?

Yes — completely free, with no account and no app. It runs in any modern browser.

How many questions are in a round?

Every round is exactly ten questions, each with its own countdown timer. A full game takes about two to four minutes.

How does scoring work?

Points scale with how fast you answer correctly, and a streak multiplier rewards consecutive correct answers. A wrong answer or a timeout resets the streak.

Can I play Trivia Blitz with friends?

It's a solo game by design, but it works well as a pass-the-phone challenge — take turns on one device with the same category and compare final scores.

Is my score saved?

Your best score is saved locally on the device you play on. There is no login, so it isn't synced across devices.
